Shipping and Refunds
We trust you will be completely satisfied with your Zydeco Naturals purchase. However, should you decide the products purchased is not satisfactory, Zydeco Naturals return policy is stated below.
The products can be mailed back/returned to Zydeco Naturals within 15 days of purchase.
The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash.
We will refund your credit for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 7 business days of receipt of your return in the form of a gift card that can be used online.
If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Zydeco Naturals Customer Service at 972-347-3786 from 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday thru Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturday and Sunday.
Our standard shipping carrier is United States Post Office Priority Mail. Orders shipped to other countries will be thru UPS. USPS and UPS do not deliver on Sunday or on holidays. Standard shipping charges will apply and are based on the weight and destination of the package.
Domestic orders over $50.00 before tax and shipping fees will receive free shipping thru United States Post Office. UPS is a more expensive global service.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Virgin Islands or outside of the U.S.A. may have a transit time of 5 to 15 business days.

Expedited/next day delivery will be thru USPS or UPS if an order is received before noon. USPS or UPS can be chosen at checkout at an extra charge.
Once your order has been mailed, the tracking number will be sent to the email you provide within the order
